What will you do?
Our client is a company that has set up a platform where they bring cleaners together with households. The company has grown enormously in recent years and operates in a large part of South Africa. With their platform, they create thousands of jobs and link them to households throughout the country. In the future they want to expand to include gardeners and electricians and other countries in Africa.

Within this supply chain internship you maintain the supply and demand side of their services. You will do research into trends and sales figures, among other things. You also analyze the figures per province, area and even zip code. Based on this you make predictions for the coming period and you process this in Excel files. You work closely with the marketing and finance department, you support in thinking about improving current processes and possible new processes.

Wat ga je doen?
Onze opdrachtgever is een multimedia en event bedrijf. Ze zitten gevestigd buiten de stad in een nieuw businesspark met een coffeebar erin gevestigd. Zij specialiseren zich in creatieve bedrijfs oplossing met name in de communicatie. Hierbij bieden zij services aan zoals event planning, social media, 3d animation & design, fotografie, video production, DJ en geluid/podium technieken en branding. Oftewel een creatief bedrijf met veel verschillende projecten!

Binnen deze creatieve event stage ga jij je bezighouden met de communicatie, branding en marketing voor verschillende bedrijven die een nieuw merk op de markt willen zetten of een bestaand merk willen vernieuwen. Daarnaast ontwikkel je een social media strategie voor lopende projecten. Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van events, denk hierbij aan het boeken van DJ’s tot de inrichting van locaties voor bijvoorbeeld een trouwerij of een bedrijfs evenement. Ook kan je ingezet worden voor de videografie en fotografie voor events.

They specialize in creative business solutions, in particular in communication. They offer services such as event planning, social media, 3d animation & design, photography, video production, DJ and sound / stage techniques and branding. In other words, a creative company with many different projects!

Within this creative event internship you will deal with communication, branding and marketing for different companies that want to put a new brand on the market or want to renew an existing brand. You also develop a social media strategy for current projects. You support with the organization of events, such as booking DJs to setting up locations for, for example, a wedding or a corporate event. You can also be used for videography and photography for events.

Within this hospitality and travel internship you will focus on customer contact, among other things. Think of the first point of contact when customers have questions, but also the processing of bookings in the system. You also support administrative work such as checking employees’ credit card reports and processing this data in Excel files.

Wat wij bieden binnen deze hospitality en travel stage:

– Ervaring opdoen bij een reisorganisatie;
– Internationale werksfeer.

Wat ga je doen?
Onze opdrachtgever is een reisorganisatie met twee eigen accommodaties in Kaapstad. Naast het verhuren van accommodatie bieden zij verschillende reizen aan in Kaapstad, Zuid-Afrika en andere landen in Afrika. Daarnaast kunnen zij ook ondersteunen bij het huren van een auto of het boeken van vliegtickets. Klanten kunnen dus hun volledige (vervolg) reis via hen regelen en boeken.

Binnen deze hospitality en travel stage ga jij je onder andere bezig houden met het klantcontact. Denk hierbij aan het eerste aanspreekpunt als klanten vragen hebben maar ook het verwerken van boekingen in het systeem. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het controleren van credit card reports van de werknemers en het verwerken van deze data in Excel bestanden.
